Time to inspect the bulkhead for the series II that’s been a rolling chassis for the last 10 years.

Also has the usual hole at the bottom.

The other side looked fine until I noticed some suspicious cracking.

Well I guess the fillet helped keep the rust out! Repair panels are readily available and not that expensive. The rest of it is actually decent, the foot wells have had a strong but ugly repair before.

Now to convince my brother to get it sorted instead of pontificating about it...

Yes, it’s not bad considering it’s 50 years old and was abandoned in a field for a number of years before we bought it.

Theres’s a lot of people in that club. As the body is off in various pieces it’s a lot easier to sort.
